The BISCO^® product lines, supplied by Rogers Corporation, are the world’s leaders in silicone materials used for gasketing and sealing applications. BISCO offers a wide range of cellular, solid, and specialty silicone materials that are produced in roll stock. Marian utilizes various converting methods to die-cut BISCO silicone materials into custom gaskets, heat shields, fire stops, seals, cushions, and insulation.

Marian manufactures custom die cut components using cellular BISCO silicone for sealing, cushioning, insulation, and vibration isolation, particularly in applications with extreme temperatures and exposure to harsh elements and UV. Marian can laminate materials with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) on one or both sides.

BISCO silicones are an excellent choice for gasket and sealing applications in harsh environments requiring a low compression set. Marian die cuts a variety of custom components with the ability to laminate both sides with PSA.

Marian converts solid silicone materials for high demand gasketing applications. This material is ideal for industrial applications, acoustic, flame, and smoke barriers. Solid silicone material has high tear strength and excellent resistance to fluids.
