Custom Automotive Die Cut Components

Our approach to automotive custom die cuts balances material expertise with practical tooling selection. Depending on volume, tolerance needs, and material properties, teams may recommend rotary die cutting, flatbed die cutting, or steel rule die cutting.

These die-cutting methods allow us to process various materials, including adhesives, films, foams, and rubber materials, converting each into die-cut automotive components that meet the desired shape and assembly requirements. These engineered die-cut pieces support sealing, bonding, spacing, cushioning, venting, and electrical insulation needs across multiple vehicle systems.
