Marian Chicago and Marian Milwaukee Celebrate New Expansions

We are excited to announce the completion of expansion projects for two Marian facilities:

Marian Chicago Expansion

When Marian Chicago outgrew their Addison building in 1984, they moved to their new central facility in West Chicago’s beautiful industrial park. Business continued, increasing steadily over the years to the point that even more floor space was required.

In 2013, Marian Chicago acquired the adjacent building and built a 40 linear foot connecting building that joined the two facilities. This effectively more than doubled their footprint, yet it only took seven short years to outgrow that space as well. So in 2023, the team acquired the 70,000 sq. ft. building on the other side. This increased the total square footage of their West Chicago operation to 120,000 sq. ft. Simultaneously, Marian Chicago converted 1,500 sq. ft. of production space into an ISO 7 certified cleanroom, where they are capable of producing medical parts and components under stringent controls.

This massive expansion allows for the continued growth in rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, matched metal die cutting, and assembly/manual packing.

Marian Milwaukee Expansion

The Marian Milwaukee campus was established in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin after moving from central Milwaukee back in 2013, and production quickly outgrew that 34,000 sq. ft. building. In 2018, Marian Milwaukee acquired the neighboring 18,000 sq. ft. building just 175 feet away. That addition provided the necessary elbowroom to expand production capabilities, supporting the growing customer base in the automotive, medical, and electronics industries.

Following that expansion, growth continued, and it became clear the next step would be to connect the two buildings with a 17,000 sq. ft. expansion, which is complete as of spring 2023. This brings the Menomonee Falls campus to a whopping 70,000 sq. ft. of office, warehouse, and production space.

As our production space has expanded, so too has our employment opportunities, quality, training, production capabilities, and commitment to our community.
