With the recent addition of Keyence vision inspection systems in our quality labs, we’re able to measure the parts we produce in less time. This also comes with greater gauge capability, ensuring we are holding the tight tolerances we promise to our customers.

Marian builds many of the machines used in our facilities around the world in our 20,000 square foot machine shop. This offers unmatched customization capabilities for the most challenging parts and applications. Using advanced machines and inspection instruments such as this new Keyence vision system, we’re able to collect Statistical Process Control (SPC) data more efficiently and dependably throughout our production process. We also use the Keyence inspection systems to collect data for PPAP submissions and have the ability to easily and efficiently export data in multiple formats to satisfy customers’ system requirements.
Another key area of our quality policy is to “satisfy our customers”. We part quality of all components we manufacture a top priority by delivering parts with dimensional characteristics well within the targeted limits.
