Marian Indianapolis Officially Registered to ITAR

Marian Indianapolis is officially registered to ITAR as a manufacturer! Marian’s application was approved in March 2015 by the Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance.

International Trade in Arms Regulations is the set of regulations which control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. Being registered means that Marian, Inc. has operational processes in place to ensure technical data and parts which are subject to ITAR are not exported to a foreign entity without a license from the United States Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

Marian can manufacture parts for customers who work with parts and data which are subject to these restrictions. For more information on Marian’s compliance with ITAR, please contact your sales representative.

Marian Chicago and Marian Fort Worth are also registered manufacturers.
