Non-essential employees at our North American locations have slowly started returning to the office. We continue practicing safety and cleaning measures at each location along with contact tracing programs. All North American facilities continue to operate at 100% capacity.
As vaccine roll-out continues across the country and we continue to move closer to normalcy, we look forward to opening our doors to customers. We truly appreciate the flexibility our partners and suppliers have shown us over the last year. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests.

All North American facilities continue operating with 100% workforce and are practicing safety measures with contact tracing programs in place per CDC recommendations.
While we haven’t experienced any considerable delays for our customers, the pressure in shipping has caused Marian to act on longer lead time materials and customer transit to assure on-time delivery.
All non-essential employees have returned to working remotely and are operating at full capacity to quickly respond to customer requests. We are still not accepting visitors to our facilities unless vital needs are required. As we look toward the start the new year, we are considering how to handle increased cases of COVID in our communities as well as the the timing and impact the vaccine will have.
We truly miss the in-person relationships we have with our customers and are anxious to open our doors to visitors when appropriate. We appreciate the flexibility of our partners and customers in this virtual world.
Wishing you a happy holiday season and a healthy new year. Feel free to contact us with any questions or requests.

Our facilities continue to practice safety and sanitation measures. We are still available to schedule face-to-face meetings with your teams and require any Sales Engineers attending face-to-face meetings to follow social distancing, sanitizing, and mask guidelines.
If your facility is not allowing in-person meetings, we are still happy to meet over Zoom, email, or by phone. Contact us with any questions or to schedule a meeting.

As states begin slowly reopening and our employees begin gradually returning to the office, Marian Sales Engineers will be available to schedule face-to-face meetings with you and your teams. Each location will carefully follow their state’s reopening plans and will continue following all precautions to keep all parties safe and healthy.
Sales Engineers hosting face-to-face meetings are required to:
- Sanitize/wipe down all materials, samples, etc. to be distributed at the meeting
- Apply hand sanitizer at their car before entering the building
- Wear a mask for the duration of the meeting
- Practice social distancing
We hope the return of face-to-face meetings brings additional value that cannot be matched by a virtual meeting. That being said, please feel free to contact us or reach out to your Marian Sales Representative if there are any additional measure we can take prior to a meeting to make you feel more comfortable. We will still be available for meetings over Zoom, email, phone, etc.

Marian Corporate Overview
March 23, 2020
We are continuously monitoring the latest developments around COVID-19 and implementing actions in accordance with government agency guidelines to protect the health and safety of our employees and associates. Last week, we implemented “work from home” policies for many employees, as well as increased cleaning and social distancing in our plants. We continue to implement practices that have proven effective in our China facilities for months. These practices assure we keep employees safe while delivering for our customers.
We are in direct contact with our customers and adjusting shipments based on their stoppage or slowdowns. We will maintain production in accordance with government guidance and customer requirements. Importantly, we continue with the critical engineering activities and R&D work around the globe by employing alternative work arrangements. While this is a very fluid situation, we are staying informed and aligned with government agency guidance at the local, national and international levels.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
