2014, Another ‘QUALITY’ Year for Marian!

2014 was another QUALITY year at Marian Inc!  In 2014 many Marian locations achieved new Quality Certifications.  Marian also received very positive feedback from our customers on our main Quality Metrics.  These scores are based on report cards received from our customers.

2014 Quality Scores:  We received a PERFECT quality score on 95% of our customer report cards

2014 On-time Delivery:  Report cards reflected an average on-time delivery score of 98.13%

While we are happy that our customers are recognizing our efforts in the areas of quality and delivery, our goal will continue to be 100% for both metrics in 2015.
